wheat and ragi cookies

  BABY FOOD RECIPE
WHEAT AND RAGI COOKIES (for toddlers)
 wheat flour 1/2 cup
ragi flour 1/2 cup
bakingsoda 1/4 tsp
bakingpowder 1/4 tsp
few cashews
butter 1/4 cup
sugar 1/2 cupor as per taste
start with drying ragi flour on low flame till the ragi smell goes away..after few mins add wheat flour.keep stirring.now add baking powder and baking soda.mix them well. keep the mixture aside.now in one pan add sugar grated cashews and vanilla essence mix them well.now  add butter mix well.and slowly add flour and keep mixing for  2 mins.add milk a bit to knead the mixture into dough.now keep the dough in refridgerator for 20mins ...then make round ball and press them into small cookie shaped ....u can also  use cookie cutter..as kids would love them..keep them in preheated microwave for 15 mins in 180 degrees.now let them cool for few mins  and keep in air tight box later .u can also keep in freezer for 15 mins to make them  crispy 
instantly.its very healthy for kids.u can decorate with sessame seeds or cashews.
